Blizzard Comedy is a crowdfunded, PWYW model in order to maintain accessibility and affordability, especially in the current energy cost crisis we live in. All of our behind the scenes and management crew operate on a voluntary basis, and word of mouth goes a huge way in extending our reach and bringing in new people to this cool thing we’ve got going on. If you would like to get involved and support us – you are already doing so by checking out our content and coming to our shows!
But if you are able to, here are some of the ways you can do even more for us:
Donations
We collect cash and card donations and sell merch at our live shows. If you’d like to help us more consistently, you can join our Patreon at patreon.com/blizzardcomedy for as little as £2 a month, which gives you early access to show tickets, discounted goodies from the merch store, and a signed flier for any show you come to for £15+ supporters!

Word of Mouth
You should tell all of your friends how great we are – and one easy way to do this is by following us on Facebook and Twitter. Sharing our events, leaving us a lovely review on our Facebook page, Sharing our YouTube content, and just generally being vocal about how great you think we are*.

Volunteer with us
Pretty much all the admin and back end of Blizzard Comedy is handled by our small four-person team. While we’re fucking excellent, we always appreciate extra help from the community to keep these shows running while we’re basically the antithesis of “profitable”.
Volunteer roles range from moderating our Twitch chat during livestream to remove trolls and ensure Blizzard guidelines are observed, to doing some basic tech for us at live shows, someone to take photographs of our live events, and assisting with video editing/subtitling.
